I've been lucky enough to be one of those individuals that gets paid to do what I love.  Since 2005, I've been pouring myself (pun intended, always) into the wine and spirits business and have gained substantial knowledge, skills and insights along the way.  One thing I know for sure - this business never stays the same and change is inevitable, if not relentless. 

Along the way, I have worked with and within some of the world's largest wine and spirits suppliers, distributors, and retailers.  Understanding areas of brand strategy and profitability, risk mitigation and planning, forecasting and sales leadership has provided me a high level of success and now, I look forward to sharing that with you.

My lead-from-the-front, "player's coach" mentality drives sustainable results while maintaining the foresight and flexibility to pivot mid-stride.  My passion has become leading brands and people to win after win, professionally and personally, maintaining honesty, humor and pragmatism throughout the journey.
